Copyright & DMCA
Last updated: .
This page explains how to report a copyright concern about material displayed on spacebarclickerfree.com. Spacebar Clicker reviews reports involving our pages, images, articles, files, embeds, and links. Send your report to contact@spacebarclickerfree.com with the subject “Copyright report”.
What to include
- Your name, the rights holder’s name if different, and a reply email.
- A description of the copyrighted work and a link or other information identifying the original.
- The exact URL of each affected page and the particular image, text, game file, embed, or link you believe infringes the work.
- An explanation of your ownership or authority to act for the owner.
Formal DMCA notices
If submitting a notice under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, include your physical or electronic signature, postal address, telephone number, and email, together with the required statements: that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right concerned. Clearly identify the copyrighted work and the material’s location. The U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 resources explain the statutory notice-and-takedown framework.
Reviewing a report
We review reports and may request clarification or evidence. When appropriate, we may disable an embed or link or remove material from our pages while reviewing the concern. Our review covers material and links on spacebarclickerfree.com.
Information in a report may be shared with parties involved when needed to investigate the complaint. Include relevant information and avoid unnecessary sensitive details. Our Privacy Policy describes handling of correspondence.
Mistaken identification and other concerns
If material was identified by mistake, email the affected URL and any evidence of ownership, permission, or mistaken identification. Where a formal DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, its statutory requirements also apply. A request for review does not automatically restore material or determine either party’s legal rights. Submit reports and responses in good faith.
For trademark, attribution, privacy, or other content concerns, use our Contact page and explain the issue and affected URL. Distinguish those concerns from copyright claims.
